At CuraBar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. However, we may offer refunds or replacements in certain situations outlined below.
Eligible Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is incorrect
- Your order is lost during shipping
- Your product arrives spoiled or defective
- Your order is significantly delayed
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, email:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We may request additional information to verify your claim.
Non-Refundable Items
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Flavor or texture preferences
- Subscription renewals not canceled before billing
However, we evaluate customer concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to provide fair resolutions whenever possible.
Subscription Orders
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future shipments at any time before your next billing date through your account portal or by contacting us.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
